Minimum Requirements:

  • Resource Planning
  • Project based resource demand handling
  • HR Strategic planning
  • Compensation and benefits management
  • Performance management
  • Familiarity with labour law
  • Sound knowledge on labour and industrial relations
  • liaising with clients on HR matters
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions
  • Develop and implementation of HR policy, system, processes as per the company needs
  • Should be disciplined and a team player
  • Should have high integrity
  • Should be able to work extended hours if required
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Work independently and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Maintaining a solid contact pool preferable in the IT industry

Minimum Experience

  • 5-8 years of job related experience

Minimum Qualification

  • Degree in HR or Equivalent
  • Diploma in IT is an added advantage
