Experience & Qualifications

3+ years work experience for the Post of Project Manager in web/software development and

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Have led diverse teams consisting of a minimum of 5 individuals
• Extensive experience and understanding of project management tools and approaches to manage full life cycles (from business development to the final product delivery stage) of dynamic and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience with object-oriented design and development methodologies preferred.
• Prior experience in Detailed Requirement Gathering and documentation will be an added advantage
• Experience with J2EE, Microsoft .NET or PHP will be an added advantage
• Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building and team management skills
• Be able to travel overseas at short notice
