Responsibilities

• Research, design, and implement large scale quality software solutions
• Participate in product planning with Product Management
• Interact with customers and partners to form architectural product direction complementary to product strategy
• Clear points of view on the effect technology will have within a business industry
• Identify and work effectively with key stakeholders on complex cross-functional teams or problems

Requirements

• At least 8 - 10 years of solid industry experience
• Extensive expertise in architecting J2EE solutions
• Extensive development knowledge in J2EE solutions
• Sound experience in project estimation techniques, design patterns and performance engineering
• Deep knowledge of enterprise application architecture, including clustering, open source, security and encryption, distributed transaction processing and grid computing
• The passion to be in touch with new trends in the technology landscape
• Excellent persuasion and relationship-building skills
